Ceres-Negros FC restarts its league campaign when they face JPV Marikina FC on April 28. They will face the Japanese flavored squad for the second time this month in the PFL.
Ceres-Negros ran away with a 3-0 victory last April 14 with Takumi Uesato scoring two early goals before being subbed off for an injury.
Bienveñido Maranon added another for the busmen to complete the comprehensive victory against JPV who had key players unlisted during that match.
The Negros squad is keen to bounce back from a deflating loss in the AFC Cup versus Singapore’s Home United.
Ceres-Negros is currently in first place with nine points while JPV Marikina is on six points after five games.
The match will be held behind closed doors according to the league and may be watched via PFLtv.ph. Kickoff starts at 4pm.
