Ceres-Negros FC winger Curt Dizon is nothing short of exhilarated with the upcoming semifinal matches in the ASEAN Zone of the AFC Cup.
“Naturally, I’m excited,” said the midfielder. If you don’t get excited about these big games then you don’t love football.”
“It’s a massive game and we’re at home as well. It’ll be nice to see the support from everyone here in Bacolod. I just cant wait to get out there and do what I can do for the team”.
The Philippine International is very much aware of the challenge at hand after facing opponents that also featured players that did very well in the AFF and Asian Cups.
“We actually know that their country had been doing well so we know they’ve got good players but we’ve been out working in training. We know that we just need to pick our moment and stick to our game plan, we should be alright,” Dizon added.
Kickoff is set at 730pm in the historic stadium. Only then can Dizon and and his teammates prove themselves in the battle of the best teams in Southeast Asia.
