Final Four match-ups set

After 112 games in the Philippines Football League, four teams have qualified for what has been called the Finals Series. FC Meralco Manila, Ceres-Negros FC, Kaya FC-Makati, and Global Cebu have qualified for the two-legged semifinals.

Number one seed Meralco will face fourth place Global in the first semifinal while Ceres and Kaya will meet after being second and third respectively.

Below are the match schedules with their respective venues.

MD 1 – 2 December 2017 – Rizal Memorial Stadium – 7:00 PM
Global Cebu FC (4) vs FC Meralco Manila (1)

MD 2 – 3 December 2017 – University of Makati Stadium – 4:00 PM
Kaya FC Makati (3) vs Ceres Negros FC (2)

MD 3 – 9 December 2017 – Rizal Memorial Stadium – 7:00 PM
FC Meralco Manila (1) vs Global Cebu FC (2)

MD 4 – 9 December 2017 – Panaad Park and Stadium – 7:00 PM
Ceres Negros FC (2) vs Kaya FC Makati (3)

Teams will play in a two-legged home and away format. The team that scores the most goals after two legs will move on to the final. In case of the tie, the away goals rule will kick in where the team who scored the most goals in their away game will progress. If both teams are still tied, the match will proceed to extra time and to penalties if necessary.
