PFL Champions Ceres-Negros leaned on late-game salvo to produce a 3-0 win over Kaya Iloilo and complete the undefeated run in the league.
OJ Porteria, Bienvenido Maranon, and James Younghusband all found of the back of the net in the final twenty minutes to the delight of the Ceres fans.
Porteria had the earliest chance in the fourth minute but his attempt rolled straight to Ace Villanueva. Maranon had a lovely chip ten minutes later but the ball slammed the upright on the play.
The Busmen should have scored with Miguel Tanton but a well-worked set-up from Stephan Schrock and Robert Lopez Mendy as the left footed chance went wide.
Super was forced into action on the 22nd with a dangerous cross from Kaya but he was quick to clear the danger away. Maranon, on the ensuing play, slid into the box but his final shot was blocked by Omura.
Maranon found Porteria inside the Kaya box in the 38th but couldnt find the target. The Ceres-Negros winger struck a free kick from twenty yards but the Kaya keeper did enough to tap it over.
Kaya had their best chance of the half with a free kick in the 40th minute but the ball went straight to the arms of Roland Muller. The half would finish with both teams scoreless.
It was the hosts who had the best chance early in the second half from Jayson Panhay but the ball went straight to the Ceres keeper.
The 73rd minute saw the busmen going ahead when Stephan Schrocks creative wing play produced a cross for Porteria who headed in the opener.
Robert Lopez Mendy almost scored when he shot onto the open goal after drawing the keeper out but the Kaya defense made a goal line clearance.
Mike Ott lead a fine run in te 83rd before he cut the ball back to Maranon but Villanueva did well to tame the effort.
Schrock was at it again in the 90th minute on the wings which allowed him to find Maranon who brilliantly slotted the ball past the keeper.
The Busmen made it three in the third minute of added time when substitute James Younghusband eluded the onrushing keeper and finished from a very tight angle to make it 3-0 to send the fans into a frenzy.
The final whistle blew and Ceres-Negros completed the impossible by finishing all league matches undefeated.
